Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because access is provided immediately, digital download purchases are generally final once the order is completed.
When We Can Help
If you bought the wrong item, used the wrong email address, or cannot access your download, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you receive the correct access or resolve the issue.

If your download link does not arrive, first check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. You should also receive an email after purchase with your access details. If you still need help, email us and include your order information.
Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once, contact us with the order details so we can review it.
